Katrina Falor

Fitness Trainer & Instructor

Katrina began her journey into fitness after dealing with years of chronic pain caused by an ATV accident that left her with a broken back and pelvis. Fed up with the idea that she would be in pain forever, and discouraged by the laundry list of things doctors told her she would “never” be able to do, she was determined to rebuild her strength and get out of pain. She worked hard over the years to regain strength and mobility and can now happily say she is pain-free. She is passionate about helping people find the fun in fitness, and strives to create pain-free, safe, enjoyable programs. Her hobbies include trail running, tennis, yoga & hiking.

Some of her favorite toys in the gym include Kettlebells, TRX, ViPR, MELT Balls & Rollers and Rebounders. Katrina is a NASM certified personal trainer, and has the following MELT certifications: Hand & Foot, Level 1.

Number one, like yourself. Number two, you have to eat healthy. And number three, you've got to squeeze your buns. That's my formula. ~Richard Simmons
